Eligible returns
Unused parts or accessories may be considered for return only if they are in original condition, remain uninstalled, include applicable packaging, and are accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returns may be denied for used, installed, damaged, or incomplete items
- Electrical items, special-order items, and final-sale merchandise may be non-returnable
- Return eligibility can depend on supplier and manufacturer rules
Installed parts and labor
Installed parts are treated differently from over-the-counter merchandise. Once a part has been installed or a labor service has been performed, the transaction may no longer qualify as a standard merchandise return.
Inspection and restocking
Eligible returns may be subject to inspection and restocking or supplier handling charges where permitted by law and applicable to the transaction.
Return requests
Return requests should be made as soon as possible after purchase. Customers should contact Pulgar Motors before returning any item so that eligibility and next steps can be reviewed in advance.
